No Imitate Love of Zulaikha

    Love is a perfect word to express how beauty life we have. It heals every pain and erases every tears for the sacrifice. When Rasul loves Allah, he willing to thrown by the gravel in his da’wah. When Khadija loves Allah, she willing all her wealth fisabilillah. When Ali loves Rasul, he allows himself to be foe of Abdul Wuud. When Abu Bakr loves Rasul, he protects him from any dangers even has to face more threatening risk. Love can change all fear perception.

    But in other case, love seems like a wild animal with its piercing nails, may kills us. Just like a history of Yusuf and Zulaikha before she asks tawbah. Ya, we know how beauty face and his attitude that’s why Zulaikha seduces him to fall down into the sin. But iman called him to say : “I seek refuge in Allah”

    Let’s see the style of affection which explained in Qur’anic Dictionary :

1. A love between man and woman
2. Loving thing/person for their benefit
3. Loving eminently things

As Muslim, we should deny that first style of love and affection except in marriage, because only marriage ables to create a halal way in relationship activity.

     Don’t imitate the way Zulaikha loves Yusuf, Qur’an sayed in surah Yusuf (30): شغفها حباً. Syaghafa means lovesick, this word also defined in Fiqh Lughah as very deep feeling when love  like burn our hearts. And feel so comfort to get this feel. But, the important thing we have to attent is when Zulaikha does’t care  her iman and lose her iffah.

    This short message specially deliver to all my Muslim sister. Having iffah to keep ourselves among boy is the way to save our prestige. Don’t let iffah only written on your book, we need an iman’s charging to call it back when we stray from our track. Yes, put Allah and Rasul firstly before everything. So, let’s do it together, let’s learn Islam more and more. I remind you and myself of course..
